1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing rarab-design.com or engaging RARAB FOR WEB-DESIGN for web design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must not use this website or enter into a service agreement with us.
These terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, and contracted clients. Separate written agreements or proposals may supplement these terms for specific projects — in case of conflict, the project-specific agreement takes precedence.
2. About Our Services
RARAB FOR WEB-DESIGN provides professional web design services, including custom website design, UI/UX design, and digital brand identity development. All services are delivered from our studio in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to clients locally and internationally.
Information presented on this website is for general reference. It does not constitute a binding offer. Formal scope, timelines, and pricing are defined only in written proposals or contracts agreed upon by both parties.
3. Use of This Website
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, databases, or connected systems.
- Transmit malware, harmful code, or any material that disrupts site functionality.
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce substantial portions of site content without prior written consent.
- Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.
- Impersonate RARAB FOR WEB-DESIGN or misrepresent an affiliation with our studio.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user who breaches these conditions.
4. Intellectual Property — Website Content
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, layouts, images, code, and design elements — is the property of RARAB FOR WEB-DESIGN or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any site content without our express written permission is prohibited.
5. Client Projects & Deliverables
Upon full payment and project completion, clients receive the usage rights specified in their individual contract or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Final design files, source code, and approved assets are transferred to the client as outlined in the project agreement.
- RARAB FOR WEB-DESIGN retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless a confidentiality clause has been explicitly agreed.
- Third-party fonts, stock imagery, plugins, or licensed tools may be subject to their own licence terms, which the client is responsible for maintaining after handover.
- Concepts, wireframes, or drafts not selected for final development remain the intellectual property of RARAB FOR WEB-DESIGN unless purchased separately.
6. Proposals & Engagements
Project engagements begin only after both parties have agreed to a written proposal or contract specifying scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Verbal agreements or informal email exchanges alone do not constitute a binding engagement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and all content materials required for development. Delays in client-side deliverables may affect project timelines without liability on our part.
7. Payment Terms
Payment schedules, deposit requirements, and accepted methods are defined in each project agreement. Unless stated otherwise:
- A deposit is required before work commences on any new project.
- Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice document.
- Late payments may result in paused work, withheld deliverables, or additional fees as outlined in the project contract.
- All quoted fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.
8. Revisions & Approval
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Clients must provide consolidated feedback within the timeframes stated in the project plan to keep schedules on track.
Final approval from the client is required before launch. Once a deliverable is approved and deployed, RARAB FOR WEB-DESIGN is not responsible for changes requested afterward unless covered by a separate maintenance or support agreement.
9. Third-Party Tools & Services
Websites and digital products we build may integrate third-party platforms — hosting providers, content management systems, analytics tools, payment gateways, or font services. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or performance of these external services.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts, subscriptions, and renewals with third-party providers after project handover, unless ongoing management is part of a separate service agreement.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RARAB FOR WEB-DESIGN makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the website, the accuracy of all informational content, or fitness for a particular purpose.
While we apply professional standards to every project, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as search engine rankings, conversion rates, or revenue growth resulting from the use of our designs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RARAB FOR WEB-DESIGN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that project under the applicable agreement.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RARAB FOR WEB-DESIGN, its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website, or content you supply for a project that infringes third-party rights.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
15. Changes to These Terms
RARAB FOR WEB-DESIGN may update these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms will be published on this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
