Yes. While our studio is based in Dubai, we collaborate with clients across different regions and time zones. Project communication is handled through scheduled video calls, email, and shared review platforms to keep progress transparent regardless of location.
Reach out via our contact page or email us at rarabwebdesign@gmail.com. Share a brief overview of your project — goals, target audience, and any reference materials. We will respond with clarifying questions and outline the next steps toward a formal proposal.

02 Services & Scope

A standard package covers strategic planning, wireframing, high-fidelity design mockups, responsive layout development, cross-browser testing, and deployment support. The exact deliverables depend on project scope and are defined clearly in your written proposal before work begins.
In many cases, yes. We assess your current site structure, visual design, and technical foundation before recommending a targeted redesign, a UI/UX refresh, or a full rebuild. The most appropriate approach depends on your goals, existing codebase, and the gap between where the site is and where it needs to be.
Our core focus is design and development. We structure pages to accommodate your content effectively and can advise on messaging hierarchy and tone. Copywriting and photography are not included by default, but we can integrate materials you provide or discuss arrangements for supplementary content support if required.

03 Process & Timeline

Every project moves through four stages: discovery and strategy, concept and design, development and refinement, then launch and handover. You receive defined deliverables at each milestone and remain involved through structured review sessions. More detail is available on our Process page.
Timelines vary based on page count, feature complexity, and feedback turnaround. A focused landing page may be completed within a few weeks, while a multi-section corporate website typically requires a longer schedule. We provide a realistic timeline in your project proposal and keep you informed if scope changes affect delivery dates.
Helpful starting materials include a description of your target audience, a list of required pages and features, existing brand assets (logo, colour palette, fonts), any written content or drafts, and examples of websites whose direction you find appealing. Nothing needs to be perfect — we guide you through gaps during the discovery phase.

04 Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on project scope — number of pages, design complexity, custom functionality, and integration requirements. After reviewing your brief, we prepare a detailed proposal with a fixed fee or phased breakdown. There are no hidden charges beyond what is documented in the agreed contract.
A deposit is required to reserve project capacity and begin work. Remaining payments are tied to agreed milestones — typically aligned with design approval and pre-launch stages. Specific terms are outlined in your project agreement. Full details are also covered in our Terms of Service.

05 After Launch

Every website we build is responsive by default. Layouts adapt to different screen sizes through fluid grids and tested breakpoints. We verify rendering on major browsers and device categories before launch to ensure a consistent experience for all visitors.
Upon launch, you receive documentation and asset packages to manage the site independently. A defined post-launch support window is included in most proposals to address technical issues related to our delivery. Ongoing maintenance, content updates, and feature additions can be arranged through a separate support agreement if needed.
Upon full payment, ownership of the approved deliverables transfers to you as specified in your project contract. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise. Third-party licensed assets remain subject to their respective licence terms.
